CT data manipulations
This project aims at investigating possible uses of the CT data to enhance the cryosection images.

MRI data manipulations
This project aims at investigating possible uses of the MRI data to enhance the cryosection images.

3D display of cryosection data
The goal of this project is to create a client/server application that uses SGI graphics hardware to display three dimensional cryosection images.

Ray tracing
The goal of this project is to research data organizations that will improve cache performance during ray tracing.

This project investigated tissue extraction methods based on color.

Texture analysis and tissue segmentation
This project investigated tissue segmentation methods based on texture.

Data Structure Optimizations for Cryosection Images
This project examined the impact of volumetric rendering and various data organizations of cryosection images on ray tracing performance.

RPC and Unix Authentication
This project modified the client/server application and implemented Unix authentication to control server access.
